It would be nice with an e-mail to confirm the reservation for the return transportation one day in advance; we received the confirm mail during the middle of the night the very same day as we were picked up at 5:00 am. But the taxi was there and everything worked out perfectly !

It would be really reassuring if there was a live tracking feature. Our pick up was at 0515 and there was nothing to tell us the taxi was on its way. It turned up exactly on time so no complaints, but at that time in the morning, I was still a bit nervous that it wasn’t going to come.

Punctual and excellent service for our group of 12 passengers. Website was easy to use and simple to change to an earlier pick up time on our departure date. You might have to do more on your advertising online; I think I tried about 4-5 companies before I found your website and by luck you were available.

The child chairs both ways looked very old and was a bit small to our oldest child. The childchairs was only attached with the carbelt and not isofix, and they were unfortunatley front faced. Other than that, the service and the drivers was very helpfull and friendly.

Lovely car. Polite helpful driver. Excellent service. I am currently trying to book from Arinaga beach to airport but you do not seem to offer a service when I last checked. You need to be able to cover all customer requirements, and at least give a quote.

Very prompt and reliable taxi company which I booked as I was travelling with a bicycle box. Probably about €35 more than just flagging one down in the street or on a taxi rank but when travelling with large items it was nice not to worry about finding a taxi big enough when travelling back to the airport. Overall though I would use again.
